- SHIPPING POLICY
1.1. SHIPPING POLICY All products available at https://femwears.com are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our "Standard Shipping" with a fixed cost of $0.00 takes between 15 to 35 business days (after the product is shipped) depending on the location. The product is shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to monitor the progress of their order delivery.
Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand with the carriers, or other situations beyond our control.
The store guarantees the delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free internet tracking, ensuring your product's delivery is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. INSURED SHIPPING "If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from shipping, the full amount paid will be 100% refunded."
Note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and another later, don't worry, this is completely normal.
1.3. ORDER TRACKING Products will be shipped via USPS or another carrier, and there will always be a tracking code allowing the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Femwears commits to instructing the customer on how to track their order. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to Femwears.
The tracking code for the order is provided 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS (NOTICE)
2.1. CAREFUL ADDRESSING OF ORDERS Femwears will ship the products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to ensure there are no issues with the delivery of your order, please be careful when entering the address where you want to receive your order.
2.2. RECIPIENT ABSENT Ensure that someone will be available at the address to receive your products. Carriers make three attempts to deliver the products. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest USPS office to the address, and in this case, the recipient of the package will need to pick it up at the USPS office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, per USPS policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and reshipping the product will incur no additional cost.
All details related to the delivery attempts, as well as the address of the USPS office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the USPS website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS Femwears is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, per USPS policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not made due to an address discrepancy provided by the customer or failure to pick up the product at USPS, the customer has the right to a refund or reshipping of the product at no additional cost.
2.4. TAXED AND DUTIED PRODUCTS
If any dispatch fees or taxes are charged, they will be the responsibility of Femwears. Rest assured, you only pay the amount listed for the product on our site.
